from the West:

drive along road B 105 up to Schutower Kreuz;
turn left (Direction: Warnemünde);
after first set of traffic lights, drive along right turning-off lane and turn off, direction Marienehe;
turn right at next set of traffic lights (after the bridge);
follow this road (past a Q1 filling station);
turn left after LIDL and before the car seller.

from the South:

use motorway slip road Ost (No 8; Direction: "Zentrum"), road B 105;
continue as under set of directions directly below (from the East).


from the East:

follow road B105 (there will be a crossing after an TOTAL filling station, road B 105 turns a little left);
turn right directly after next set of traffic lights (before tram rail);
follow this road (Werftstrasse, Carl-Hopp-Strasse, Schlachthofstrasse);
turn right after the car seller and before LIDL.

by rail

depart Rostock Hauptbahnhof on an S-Bahn train up to Marienehe stop;
take tram No 5 from Rostock Hauptbahnhof , or tram No 1, 2, 4 as of Dierkow to Marienehe;
cross the pedestrian bridge on the side of the sports hall and keep right.
