The following range of process tests may be required for

weld overlays of manufacturing coats according to guideline DASt. 006;
welding of high-strength fine grain building steels according to guideline DASt. 011, in respect of DVS guideline 1702
   fully-mechanical or automatic welding, such as
submerged arc welding (UP) and gas-shielded arc welding (vMAG) according to DIN EN 288-3;
drawn arc stud welding (BH) according to DIN 8563-10 or DIN 14555;
flash-butt welding (RA);
spot welding (RP);
aluminium constructions in the context of operational testing according to DIN 4113;
process test work will be welded in the presence of a certified centre, which, as a rule, shall also evaluate work done.
   General validity: One year.
Process tests may be extended by the welding of so-called working tests.
