Non-destructive material testing

Stationary Radiographic Examination acc. to EN 444 / EN 1435

By using a 225 kV mini focal X-ray equipment (focal point 0,3 x 0,3 mm) the detection of very small irregularities of the examined components is guaranteed. The resolution of the detail is very high.
For fast and high quality X-ray examinations of welded tubes with diameters from 100 mm a 160 kV panoramic tube is available. Our X-ray room has a floor area of 10 m2. The radiographic examination of large specimen and components is possible.
The examinations were carried out accredited personal (level III).

Surface crack detection

The detection of surface cracks occurs by dye penetrant inspection (also fluorescent) and magnetic crack detection. Our accredited personal is level II qualified.

Ultrasonic inspection

Examination of welded joints with ultrasonic, measurement of wall thickness with ultrasonic and verification, if metal plates are free from laminations.
