We offer the following certifications:

• Certificate of manufacturer qualification for welding concrete reinforcing steel in accordance with ISO 17660

All manufacturers of load-bearing components must adapt to the new DIN EN 1090ff. It was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 17.12.2010. The standard has been published in the Federal Gazette since 16.02.2011. The transition from the familiar national design standards DIN 18800-7 / DIN V 4113-3 to the new European-wide EN 1090ff has created a set of technical regulations that is accepted throughout Europe. Products manufactured in accordance with EN 1090ff must then be marked with the CE mark. The prerequisite for this is certified factory production control (FPC).

The certification of the FPC is carried out by DVS ZERT GmbH. We use our auditors in the usual way to carry out the audit:

• Initial inspection of the plant and the WPK system
• Ongoing monitoring and assessment of the WPK system

SLV M-V GmbH is a cooperation partner of DVS ZERT and carries out audits for the welding of rail vehicles and vehicle parts in accordance with EN 15085-2 including DIN 27201-6 in Germany and abroad.

The certification of welding quality requirements in accordance with ISO 3834, e.g. mechanical engineering, road vehicle construction, is also carried out by DVS ZERT.

DIN EN ISO 9001 is the most important and best-known quality management standard. It defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system. DIN EN ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard. Certification to DIN EN ISO 9001 is possible for companies and organizations in all sectors. Certification to DIN EN ISO 9001 creates worldwide confidence in the quality and performance of your products and services.

Quality management stands for the continuous improvement of processes, products and/or services. It is designed to meet customer requirements as well as normative and legal requirements for products and/or services. The standard provides the impetus for continuously improving the performance of your company and the satisfaction of your customers.

Conditions

DIN EN ISO 9001 defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system that companies must implement in order to meet customer requirements and other product and service quality requirements.

ISO 9001 certification requires a clear structure and organization of the company as well as a clear definition of responsibilities and tasks in the specialist departments. All of this must be documented.

The standard ISO 17660 (formerly DIN 4099) - Welding of reinforcing steel has been introduced by the building authorities in all federal states. According to paragraph 6, the company must have a special certificate of suitability for this. SLV M-V GmbH is also a recognized body for proof of suitability in accordance with ISO 17660.

Testing, inspection and certification bodies (PÜZ bodies) are recognized in accordance with the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state building regulations for verifying

• the conformity of regulated construction products with published technical rules
• for the usability and conformity of non-regulated construction products and types of construction with general building inspectorate approvals, general building inspectorate test certificates or approvals in individual cases
• for checking the special requirements for manufacturers of construction products and users of types of construction as well as monitoring activities with construction products and types of construction (Construction Products and Types of Construction Ordinance)

SLV M-V GmbH (MV003) is an inspection body in accordance with Part IV of the list of inspection, monitoring and certification bodies in accordance with the state building regulations - as of February 2017 - for the inspection of manufacturers of certain construction products and users of certain types of construction
